A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation
by credit card or by direct debit to our Bank Account. Balance of payment due on check in.
Cancellation within 14 days of reservation - deposit is refundable, less an administration fee of $20 or 10% of the total booking value, whichever is the greater.
Cancellation 14 days or less of reservation, loss of deposit unless units can be rebooked. Administration fee as above applies
Normal check in time is 2 pm. However this is flexible subject to rooms being ready. Please check with management prior to arrival
Normal check out time is 10am - unless prior arrangements with management. Late check out up to 12 noon may incur an additional charge of 25% of the normal daily rate. Late check out between 12 noon and 3 pm - 50% of the daily rate. Late check out after 3 pm - full daily rate.
All units are non smoking – ash trays are supplied on the private patios of each unit.

Children three years of age and under sleeping with parent, or with own port-a-cot - no charge
Children 4 years and over are charged at adult rates.
Also supplied in each unit: Electric Skillet Pan, magazines, playing cards, crossword book, tissues, shampoo & conditioner, moisturizer, soap, hairdryer, fly spray, areoguard, matches, candle, guest book, serviettes, tea and coffee (instant and plunger), sugar, biscuits, chilled water…. even tomato sauce for your bacon & egg breakfast !
All Guests will receive a friendly welcome from ‘Chloe’ our attentive Labrador.
