TERMS & CONDITIONS Credit Cards accepted : Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa, Eftpos, Amex. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation by credit card or by direct debit to our Bank Account. Cancellation within 14 days of reservation - deposit is refundable, less $20 administration fee. Cancellation 14 days or less of reservation, loss of deposit unless units can be rebooked. Normal check in time is 2 pm. However this is flexible subject to rooms being ready. Normal check out time is 10am - unless prior arrangements with management. All units are non smoking – ash trays are supplied on the private verandahs of each unit. Prices quoted are subject to change without notice. Sorry, no pets allowed. Children three years of age and under sleeping with parent - no charge Children 4 years to 12 years a $40 charge for single rollaway bed; includes Breakfast. EXTRA INFORMATION Group bookings will be offered a complimentary glass of Hunter Wine from a local winery served with light refreshments on the Sunset Deck, plus a one hour Recital by your host Michael on the Grand Piano . (time to be arranged) We will make bookings for Restaurants and Tours for guests upon their arrival, if required. Maps and information of the area are supplied in each room. Also supplied in each unit: Electric Skillet Pan, magazines, playing cards, crossword book, tissues, shampoo & conditioner, moisturizer, soap, hairdryer, fly spray, areoguard, matches, candle, guest book, serviettes, tea and coffee (instant and plunger), sugar, biscuits, chilled water…. even tomato sauce for your bacon & egg breakfast ! All Guests will receive a friendly welcome from ‘Chloe’ our attentive Labrador. All units have fresh flowers. You are welcome to come, enjoy, relax and bring your friends! Last, but not least all units have the essential Wine Glasses with a decent cork screw & bottle opener !
