• A delightful contemporary design – the Deluxe Villa is ideal for a variety of guest configurations and may accommodate up to 8 people..
• There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each of the bedrooms has a queen size bed as well as a single bed. A further two single beds are located in an annexe off the main living room. All beds are fitted with crisp white sheets while extra pillows and blankets are provided if required. A very spacious ensuite bathroom opens off the main bedroom with glass roof lighting. Access to the second bathroom is available from the living room without walking through the second bedroom. Bathrooms have fluffy white towels and  extract fans. A laundry facility is also available associated with the second bathroom.
• The huge living room is fitted out with leather lounges and has a square dining table that can seat up to 10. There is an open fireplace, which operates during the winter months, digital TV, Austar, DVD and CD player. This room faces north with spectacular views. Groups can come together for meals or relaxation.
• A Chef's Kitchen includes 4 burner gas stove, gas oven, microwave, full size frig and dishwasher, pantry and plenty of storage space. All crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils are supplied.
• The Living Area opens to the expansive 'Sunset Deck'. There is an outdoor setting seating up to 14 people, and dedicated barbecue. The deck itself faces North and enjoys the best of our panoramic views over vineyards and pastoral lands to surrounding mountains -  all the way to Barrington Tops.
• All living areas and bedrooms are fully air conditioned. Hair driers, iron and irioning board are supplied.
• Covered parking is available for two cars, while plenty of additional open air parking is also available.
• The Deluxe Villa inter- connects with the Two Bedroom Villa and, in this configuration offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The combined space is ideal for wedding groups or guests wishing to host special events at 'Grapevines'.
